| Cabinets Have Been Installed |
| The cabinets were installed before the concrete was broken up. They started the day this picture was taken. Notice the blue counter tops that go with the blue pattern on the floor. There really are a lot more cabinets than it seemed in the plan. We have already formulated where things will go 0 in a gross fashion. Left to install is the crown mould and some corner bead.
The center island will include a white procelain sink and a 13" overhang. I plan to install corner cabinets under the overhang eventually. They put the island a bit closer than I would have wanted, but there is adequate room to work and the "work triangle" is just about perfect. |
