| Interesting roof valley. The roof on the left is over the breakfast room. The gable is the back of the third car garage area. The brown leaves are on a tree that died either from the drought or from the foundation digging. I suspect it was some of each. We are in the throes of a 3-year long drought. We're over 33% down on rainfall. And what has fallen is fast and furious and doesn't soak in. The "If there is global warming, I like it" folks - I know at least two - who like the warm winters haven't figured out that it also means the east coast will turn into an arid climate - which was predicted as part of the warm up. Hope they like scrub pine, Mesquite and, yes, Malaria. |
