| Compare this photo with the one at the top and you can see how close the real one is to the the rendered view. Now things slow down. First the roof shingles have to go on. Then the "Trades" have to get in there and put the wiring, plumbing, and HVAC in place. Once that's done, we wait for inspections and then we go in and insulate a couple of interior walls for soundproofing. We will also install gigabit ethernet, telephone, security, cable TV, and CCTV - yes, CCTV, and finally, intercom.
