| This was the scene on Thursday evening when I thought the basement would have been finished and the forms pulled. I suspect the change in the garage caused some problems. You can see that the west wall is still being erected and the rear wall only has the outer part of the form in place. The picture was taken from on top of a mound of dirt in the front yard that was about as high as a dumpster. By the time they fill and grade, the front yard should be slightly above the height of the road with a slight incline toward the house. The garage is the front section on the right, with the breakfast room behind it. The small enclosed L-shaped area in the center-front is where the front porch slab will be. |
