Matt is standing in about the middle of the hole that has been excavated in anticipation of the foundation being dug. Loudoun County requires a flood plane study and an approval of house siteing and elevation before the foundation can be put in. We are probably holding up things now since we have changed the floor plan slightly. Matt is standing just about where the Master Bedroom door will go.
