This view is downstream on the Broad Run near the area where the house is being built. In fact it's a short walk from the house site through some woods to the creek. Mark is fishing in a pool near the rapids.
It was taken in March of this year on one of those beautiful warm spring days. Notice the trees have yet to bud out. The water is low because of the lack of rain that has plagued the area since last summer.
